There are 5 denominations available in the market:
- Php 110 - 3 days Unlimited (Internet Access for 3 days)
- Php 220 - 7 days Unlimited (Internet Access for 7 days)
- Php 680 - 25 days Unlimited (Internet Access for 25 days)
- Php 880 - 35 days Unlimited (Internet Access for 35 days)
- Php 1500 - 60 days Unlimited (Internet Access for 60 days)
2. What are the dial-up numbers?
ISPx Unlimited Dial-up number is 2308111.
3. When will my card expire?
The expiry date of the card itself is printed at the back of each card.
4. How to check for my Internet usage?
Internet usage may be checked on-line through http://www.ispx.com.ph/unlimited , you will need your username and password.
Note: Do not append "@unlimited" when checking your usage details.
5. How can I avail of the free e-mail services?
You may register for your free e-mail at http://www.ispx.com.ph. Create your personalize username and password. To register now click here.
6. What is the size of my mailbox?
The size of each email box is 10MB.
7. How can I check my ISPx Unlimited e-mail account?
You may check your e-mail account at http://webmail.ispx.com.ph. Type in your username and password. You may also use e-mail client such as MS Outlook to send and receive e-mails. Our POP3 and SMTP are pop3.ispx.com.ph and stmp.ispx.com.ph respectively.
8. When my card is all used up, will you terminate my e-mail account?
No, you may still access your e-mail account even if your card is all used up. You will need to connect to the Internet though, to access your e-mail account at least once in a month to keep your email account active.
9. Where can I buy ISPx Unlimited Prepaid cards?
ISPx Unlimited prepaid internet cards are available in leading super malls, grocery stores, cell phone stations, computer shops and online purchase through the following websites: http://www.myayala.com, http://www.yehey.com and http://www.estore-exchange.com

11. Is it important to register my account?
Yes, for security reason and for you to avail the additional free 6 hours Internet access.
12. What is CLI?
Caller-line Identification (CLI) - It is an added security for your Internet connection. Each time you dial-up your username and password will be matched with the telephone number that you are using.
13. Is it important to keep my card?
It is very important to keep your card while your account is still active. This will prevent you from losing your account details.
